You do not need a referral from your doctor.

If you choose to make room for Gestalt therapy in your life, it is usual to meet once a week, but you can choose to go less often if you prefer. The therapy lasts from just a few times to several years, depending on your needs. 

An individual therapy session lasts for 55-60 minutes, and costs NOK 850,- per hour (inkl. 25% MVA). You pay by Vipps immediately after the session, or cash. 

I offer a reduced rate for pensioners, unemployed and students of NOK 687,- per hour (inkl. 25% MVA). You pay by Vipps immediately after the session, or cash.

Therapy is provided in English or Norwegian.
